1. Agreement
By creating an account or using FRM Prep at https://frmmastery.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
We provide online practice questions, timed exam simulations, analytics, and related study content for GARP® Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) exam preparation. We are an independent prep provider — GARP® does not endorse or warrant our materials.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent where required by law.
- One person per account. Do not share accounts or scrape content at scale.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
4. Paid access and payments
- Paid plans are one-time purchases billed via Stripe. Prices and access duration are shown before checkout.
- Access lasts for the period purchased (30 days or 180 days) and does not renew automatically.
- To continue after access expires, purchase again from the pricing page.
- Discount codes are subject to their stated terms and expiry.
- Refunds are handled case-by-case in line with applicable consumer law.
5. Intellectual property
Questions, explanations, UI, and software are owned by FRM Prep or licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own exam preparation. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish our content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, attack, or overload our systems
- Use bots to extract questions or automate answering at scale
- Upload malware or unlawful content via contact forms
- Misrepresent affiliation with GARP® or FRM Prep
7. Disclaimer
Content is for educational purposes. We do not guarantee exam results or that materials match future official exams. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FRM Prep is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €100 if you use the free tier.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to FRM Prep's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. EU/EEA consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of residence.
